**Vendor Application Guidelines**
Thinking about joining us at Grit & Goals or one of our pop-up events? Awesome! Before you dive in, please take a moment to read through our process and guidelines. Grit & Goals is a curated event, which means our creative team carefully selects vendors who align with our brand, mission, and core values. We want you to shine here, so please submit just one application per vendor.
**Application Process**
Ready to apply? Great! All vendors must fill out the application on our website—emails won't be considered. Remember, all events are application-based.
**Guidelines for Applicants**
1. **Ownership**: Your business should be woman-owned or at least half woman-owned.
2. **Product Quality and Uniqueness**: We love high-quality and unique items. Vendors from previous events who align with our mission get extra brownie points.
3. **Presentation**: High-quality product photos, a website or commerce page, and a strong social media presence will make you stand out.
4. **Future Opportunities**: Being accepted or not accepted for one event doesn’t determine your future applications. We love keeping Grit & Goals fresh and dynamic.
5. **Payment**: Your spot is confirmed once all vendor fees are paid in full by the deadline.
6. **Vendor Agreement**: By signing up, you'll agree to our Vendor Agreement, which includes rules and a disclaimer that Grit & Goals, LLC, or the venue owner aren’t responsible for any injuries or losses during the event or while on the premises.
**Refund Policy**
- **Vendor Cancellation**: Need to cancel? No worries. Email the specific Grit & Goals location where you purchased your vendor table. If you cancel more than 14 days before the event, you'll get a 50% refund. Cancel within 14 days, and unfortunately, there won’t be a refund, and you'll forfeit your spot.
- **Event Cancellation**: If Grit & Goals has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, third-party actions, or any other reason that might compromise safety, there won’t be any credits or refunds.
